<p>I recently came across an interesting infographic at Frugal Dad. The infographic outlines the staggering costs associated with emergency dental care.  Too often, we put off a routine visit to the dentist because our insurance coverage is poor (or non-existent).  I didn’t go to the dentist for three years when I was first out of college.  The price: Four cavities, and I had never had a cavity in my life before then.   We’ve even had to <a href="http://www.northerncheapskate.com/2009/05/lesson-learned-dont-skimp-on-pets-care/">deal with major vet bills</a> because we didn’t take good care of our dog’s teeth!</p>
